I’ve had many personal trainers over the years. Alex trumps them all. Honest, reliable, shows up, dependable, and wants you reach goals. He will cater your workouts depending on what you want to achieve, adds variety, and will keep pushing each session to improve. He knows what he’s doing (former Olympic Athlete).
I never felt the need to write a review but I feel like Alex deserves one!! I have had many trainers over the years but none of them was as dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced and passionate as this one! He is on top of everything and he really cares and checks your diet and progress in general. Go for it!! You won’t be disappointed!
I can not say enough positive things about Alex. My strength and flexibility have improved significantly since working with him. I have learned a lot from him about the proper form when exercising. I had previously had a shoulder problem, which was treated with surgery and physical therapy with only partial success. I had given up on my shoulder ever being normal again. Alex gave me exercises and stretches that improved my shoulder as well as my posture and my shoulder is great now.. Lastly, Alex is a pleasure to work with. He gave me the right amount of motivation and challenges. He is really enjoyable to work with.
I met Alex 5 months after I had back surgery and I could not have been paired with a better trainer. We spent 3 years together and over that time he always listened to what my goals were and he created work out plans geared towards what I was capable of but with the right amount of challenge for me to improve each session. His experience as an Olympic level athlete allows him to bring a well rounded approach to training that focuses on stretching, eating habits and of course weight training. I came to him with no experience and he was patient while being a great teacher so I could learn how do everything we did together on my own and for years to come without hurting myself! Alex really cares about his clients and that goes a long way when you need to get the motivation to show up at the gym or give him one more set at the end of a long tough workout.

Pushes me to do my best
Alex is a unique blend of calm and patient, but at the same time tough and no nonsense. I have never been a as strong and conditioned as I was when training with Alex. Most trainers know all the functional movements and exercises, but what really impressed me about Alex was the time I was supposed to do a leg workout but I suffered a neck impingement. Instead of postponing the workout we did all slow but intense body weight movements that kicked my ass without further injuring me. The man knows his trade and I highly recommend him.

I had the fortunate opportunity to train with Alex for over 60 sessions over a span of two years. When we trained, Alex paid careful attention to form and technique, my body's capabilities, and my personal goals. By pushing me out of my comfort zone and showing me new exercises that I wouldn't have known on my own, he helped me to transform my body in reducing weight and increasing muscle. At times, I was working muscles I didn't even know I had! My experience with Alex was amazing. He is a trainer that genuinely cares about seeing you accomplish your fitness goals. When I first started training, I was looking for someone who could work with me knowing I had a pretty bad injury. With Alex being an ex-athlete, I know he would understand how to work with me and not aggravate it. Knowing my limitations, every time I trained with him, he pushed me to get the best out of myself and made sure I left the gym exhausted.
