About Ani
I've always been a huge lover of wellness, fitness, and working out. After becoming a wedding planner, I noticed that so many of my clients were relying on unhealthy methods to "fit into the dress" and "sweat for the wedding". As someone whose true purpose in life is to help people, I decided to become certified in personal training and in health coaching to help everyone (initially clients, now all people) look and feel their best. My approach is that life should be lived whole-heartedly and in balance. Every single person is so uniquely bio-individual, and what works for one person will not work for another person. I love striking that balance with clients, to help them live the life they've always dreamed of.

Ani was such a great personal trainer! She made all of our workouts customized to my needs and goals. If a specific exercise didn’t feel right in the moment, she made changes to our program on the fly and was always extremely flexible. Ani was a great teacher and I now feel much more confident using weights and other gym equipment on my own. She is enthusiastic and motivating, and I highly recommend her as a trainer!

Ani is just amazing! She's very knowledgeable as a trainer and great fun to work out with. She's has a very healthy approach to getting fit and helps you maintain a good lifestyle so that the positive changes in your body are not temporary. She even gifted me a water bottle with measurements for every hour of the day to help me drink more water and make it a part of my lifestyle, she really really cares about your overall health & lifestyle. Her workout sessions are fun and very quickly have a very positive impact on your body. She keeps switching things around in the session to keep you from getting bored. Having Ani onboard your fitness journey is definitely the best decision you can make!
