About Anthony

Hi! I'm Anthony. I'm currently a student in a Doctor of Physical Therapy, in which I graduate from in 2020. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, while optimizing movement and performance in the process. I former college athlete in football and track&field, where I was able to receive the honor of an all-conference sprinter. After graduating undergrad with a degree in psychology, I looked towards helping people with their mental health and was able to make the connection that physical health and mental health are closely correlated. From then on, I dedicated my time to becoming a better trainer to help others improve physically and mentally.

My favorite exercise

My absolute favorite exercise is sprinting; checks off so many boxes! Speed, power, strength, weight loss, muscle gain, faster metabolism, the list goes on.

My training philosophy

I am a very positive, optimistic person and bring that energy to each of my sessions. I care about the people I train, both outside and inside the training session. Inside of a training session, I emphasize listening to your body and keeping you healthy because while there are times where pushing the limits is necessary, it's much harder to reach your goals if you're constantly injured. My sesssions will push you, and have you walking out with a sense of accomplishment, but not to the point of pain and discomfort. I believe achieving that balance is necessary for a successful program.

My training experience

I have been an athlete my entire life, and because of that I was tasked with helping my teammates progress to higher heights. That skill helped me become a sprints coach at a D3 college in 2016. Outside of athletics, I've been training clients also since 2016 and with each client I have been able to learn something new from each person.
