My training style is multi-focused, kinetic, and flexible. It is designed to help you gain awareness of your personal limits, so that you can intelligently and safely confront them. My ultimate focus is matching the person to the way that they wish to move in the world. As a Health and Nutrition Coach I help clients to work in multiple levels of wellness to help achieve their goals. I believe the journey to achieve an optimized lifestyle should gratifying and sustainable.
My favorite exercise
It always depends on my mood and how I choose to perform at that time. Many times I select a set of exercises on the feeling I want to exude. This could include power and strength movements, exercises that help me feel long and lean, or drills that sharpens my coordination and quickness.

My training philosophy
I believe is adapting continently to make progress for where you are right now. Some days I feel as though I can lift 1,000 pounds and other days my pencil is heavy. We must challenge the present and not what we did yesterday.
My training experience
I have trained many populations. From chronic disease clients (Parkinson's, MS, and cancer survivors) to new exercisers and performance athletes. I have worked as Health and Wellness Director and led multiple fitness/wellness based focus groups. My goal is to set my clients up with the knowledge and excitement to gain the confidence and know-how for a plethora of future successes. Throughout the 5 years of my coaching and training career I have held my passion to helping others to become their healthiest selves.
