My name is Bel George and welcome to BELFIT! I am a former track and field athlete who has been into healthy living and fitness for over 20 years. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. I am invested in your health and well-being. With a roster of satisfied clientele, I come equipped to provide outstanding training, nutrition and customer service. It is a passion of mine to help and encourage others to reach their goals and exceed them. I'm a friendly person but I will push you and encourage you to maximize your results while enjoying the process along the way. My favorite client story

I have a client who has worked with me for over 5 years. She has made amazing strides in her levels of fitness and achieved great results. She was so inspired by the Belfit program that she decided to become a fitness professional and now personally trains others as well. My greatest joy is helping others achieve their goals. Her newfound career path is just a stepping stone on her lifelong journey to her best self.

My favorite exercise

Anything with kettle bells makes me happy. Kettle bells are designed to stimulate the whole body. Primarily focuses on the core but depending on how you use them they can work the whole body. Great for toning, endurance and strength.

My training is built off of three basic principles that will get you results
1. Nutrition (must eat healthy to be healthy)
2. Consistency is the key (make fitness a lifestyle)
3. Rest (give the body the time it needs to
recover so the muscles can rebuild themselves
and your body produces the energy its needs)
