In my years as a Coach I've worked with hundreds of people with varying degrees of fitness levels, ranging from sedentary mothers and fathers to professional athletes and Olympians. Consistent across this group of people was confusion about how best to achieve their goals. Helping people navigate that confusion is why I began coaching. I've found that ultimately your success is contingent on the following:
You must have specific goals and be honest about why you want to achieve them.
Once that is understood I can design a program that is specifically structured to support those goals. I offer no templates. Every workout, and every nutritional prescription is individually designed for you. This includes an understanding that this is one aspect of your life. You'll find that while my programs are effective, they're equally flexible. This is about making the program work for you, not the other way around. Ben has done an amazing job in transforming my body with all the tough sessions he taught. He made them fun as well. More importantly, he provided a lot of guidance on nutrition which helped me to understand the macros and what I put in my body is just as important as working out. He was always reachable if I had any questions on diet or certain exercises. I felt Ben really cared about my goals and me achieving them which made me even more motivated to work out harder than the last session.
