My favorite client story
I have so many, I enjoy working with people and seeing them reach their goals and surpassing them. I have had a few go on to compete in marathons and even become personal trainers and group ex instructors
My favorite exercise
The Lat pull down. A strong back is so important and your lats are a key . A strong back with mitigate all the forward/ frontal movement of every day life and also aid in good posture.
My favorite quote
" Be yourself, everyone is taken" Oscar Wilde
My training philosophy
Be authentic and empathetic. Don't push too hard, go for results slowly and methodically so it lasts and there isn't a chance for injury or sidelining. Mix it up so you have variety and don't get bored. Address the whole person not a body part. Exercise should be fun and engaging
My training experience
I have been an childhood athlete so fitness has been with me my whole life. I played high school and college sports and danced along with a degree in it. I have been personal training, dancing, boxing and teaching group ex classes for decades. I live and breathe an active, healthy lifestyle without being rigid or giving up the pleasure of life. I have trained celebrity clients, athletes and reluctant exercisers, all gaining results and loving what they do with me. I have trained people to become personal trainers and group ex instructors and offer continuing education and motivational speaking for the industry at large and outside of it.
