About Chandel

Chandel Stallworth has been a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor since 2018. She is also a body mechanics nerd, rehabilitation specialist, and mom to a pit/lab mix named Meatball. Chandel’s interest in anatomy, kinesiology, and the therapeutic application of movement led her to Pilates in which she is comprehensively Certified through Core Pilates NYC. She also realizes the importance of strength training, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has done extensive studies both privately and academically in anatomy and body mechanics, and she uses this knowledge to help her clients achieve balanced and effortless movement in their activities of daily living as well as any sports or dance activities in which they participate. She is especially well versed in working with orthopedic issues ranging from scoliosis and disc herniations all the way to general low back pain.

My absolute favorite exercises are compound exercises. They target multiple body parts at once and are perfect for burning calories in a limited amount of time.
