Hi There! My name is Damaris and I am a Certified Personal Trainer in NYC! 

I have always had a passion for fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals and enjoy the process.


My favorite client story

I had a client who was a single mom of 3 kids and worked a full time job. She was postpartum and expressed that she wanted to lose 20lbs. Her schedule was very packed as you can imagine, but she was committed to her goal and made the time to train with me 3 days a week. I also wrote her a detailed but simple meal plan to follow.

She lost over 20lbs and saw significant improvements in her energy, strength and focus. After our training sessions she weighed what she did prior to having her children.

What I love most about this client is that although her time was limited and she had immense responsibilities, she was able to accomplish her physique goals. We worked together to create a training schedule that was sustainable for her and when she started seeing progress it only motivated her more.

My favorite exercise

Deadlift is by far my favorite exercise. It works your entire body, improves core strength, and is the BEST fat burning exercise!

My training philosophy

Be consistent and celebrate the small victories. Our bodies crave movement, even if you cant make it to the gym, take a walk, do yoga, dance, whatever it is that you like to do.
