About Dion

Hey! My name is Dion. I've been training and in the fitness industry for a few years now. I gained interest into exercising as a child training in martial arts and other sports. As I reached highschool like alot of individuals I had self esteem issues and ofcourse wanted to get the girls so I started weight training. A hobby soon turned into a love for it and a few years later once seeing improvements entered into my very first fitness competition. Its  been a journey ever since. A typical session with me is the training you've always been looking for. I supply you with not only a sufficient workout catered to your goals, but information and homework for you to take home. This is a partnership as much as it is a mentorship you will come out of this feeling as confident as ever knowing that you've reached the goals and look you set out to accomplish as well as the education to back it up!

Dion was my personal trainer for a few months this year and I cannot recommend him more. He always personalizes workouts depending on what you identify as areas you want to improve upon and makes the hour go by as painlessly as possible while still achieving results. He is very knowledgeable and a fantastic motivator. Great conversation too!


I’ve been working with him for over a year now and the changes he has helped me make are phenomenal. Everything from support and guidance in the gym to nutrition. I cannot thank him anymore! Hands down, THE BEST!!!
