My favorite client story

I love training couples for weddings. The most rewarding experience I had was a bride that had no experience with exercising in a gym setting. She transformed from a shy timid gym goer to am extremely confident exerciser. Not only did she gain confidence, she lost 6% bodyfat in about 4 and a half months and looked amazing in her wedding photos.

Pull-ups, when done correctly, is a great compound movement that builds a strong core and back.

I was told about Elwood through a friend and I am so glad I did! He told me to check out his social media to get a feel for what he does. Motivated by their posts that documented client’s journeys (and the adorable dog), I decided to do a bit more research and found his website, and eventually had him join me on my own journey. Offering a comprehensive plan to fitness, Elwood was the right choice for me.
