I believe that anyone can change their life through health and fitness. I became a trainer because health and fitness have become the driving force in my life. I started the change with myself. I never did much in the way of healthy eating or working out until I got to college. It was there that the idea of improving upon myself became my obsession. As time went by and I did my own research I was able to see the changes in myself and wanted to help others do the same. After training family members and close friends, I realized that it was something I wanted to do professionally. I was told that if you love something then you never have to work a day in your life. I am 28 and have ten years of experience in the fitness world.
I am an Equinox Tier 3+ Personal Trainer. I have over 3000 hours of 1on1 training experience as well as my nutrition certification. I think of my clients as my teammates. If you commit to me I commit to you! Together we will achieve any and all of your goals. Once we hit those, we sit down and come up with new ones and keep going!
My favorite client story
When I first met my client she was eating only 600 calories a day and weighed in at 120. Throughout our time together I coached her up to eating a healthy 1800 calories a day and we completely changed her body composition from zero muscle tone, all the way to looking and feeling amazing. She had the abs she always wanted and even weighed 5 pounds more than when we started. The number on the scale doesnt mean anything. What makes up that number makes all the difference. By dropping body fat and building strong lean muscle she said that she had never looked or felt better.

I have always had a hard time putting on muscle and weight. Once I started with Eric, I saw an almost immediate change in my body which has kept me extremely motivated. Almost 20 sessions later and I couldn't be happier with the progress and am looking forward to what lies ahead!
I am 6'7" and thought it would be difficult for me to work out in the gym. After my first 20 minutes with Eric, I knew that it would no longer be an issue.
