With a passion for fitness my journey has taken me from a classically trained fitness coach to a personal trainer with over 15 years’ of experience. I not only enjoy staying active, but also teach others to love it. As a Health Coach I believe that desire for personal change should not be focused only on physical attributes but on improving the individuals’ activity levels, health awareness, as well as overcoming the limitations. My approach to coaching combines enthusiasm, simple to implement healthy solutions, genuine care and lots of fun.
