I've been a certified personal trainer for over 4 years at the city's premier gym. I specialize in people that want to lean down and/or tone up. I've also worked with runners looking to shave off some time for their next marathon/triathlon or guys looking to bulk up. James is an intuitive trainer and able to pivot quickly to change up the workout plans according to what’s needed most on a given day. He has a good sense of humor and will use it to push you further than you thought you could go. He celebrates your successes with you. I’ve seen a big difference in my strength and stamina since I began training with him.
I came to James as a chubster 6 months away from his wedding. James made me send him pictures of my food and information on my workouts. As a result, I got jacked and looked shredded. If I know anything about 90's action movies, I’ll look back fondly at my lean physique when my wife leaves the house, takes all my stuff, and leaves me with the DVD of our wedding, a cheap bottle of whiskey, and a folding chair.
