I've been a certified personal trainer for almost 7 years, 4 of them were at NYC's premiere gym franchise. Where I honed my skills and was taught by some of the best trainers around. I'm also an Actor and part of my job is keeping my instrument (a.k.a. my body) finely tuned. So when I'm not on set why not share my passion for fitness and help others become the best version of themselves.
My speciality is leaning down and toning up. I've also worked with runners looking to shave off some time or people looking to bulk up. Body weight training or traditional weight training are my areas of expertise. Outdoors, Online, in your apartment or at your gym. My favorite client story
6 months before my clients wedding I sat him down and told him that we have to take action together because I wanted him to get to his goal weight for that special day. 35lbs later and hundreds of daily food pictures later as well as consistency on his end and accountability on my end and he did it. It was a great feeling knowing you helped someone achieve their goal.

James is an intuitive trainer and able to pivot quickly to change up the workout plans according to what’s needed most on a given day. He has a good sense of humor and will use it to push you further than you thought you could go. He celebrates your successes with you. I’ve seen a big difference in my strength and stamina since I began training with him.
I came to James as a chubster 6 months away from his wedding. James made me send him pictures of my food and information on my workouts. As a result, I got jacked and looked shredded. If I know anything about 90's action movies, I’ll look back fondly at my lean physique when my wife leaves the house, takes all my stuff, and leaves me with the DVD of our wedding, a cheap bottle of whiskey, and a folding chair.
James is a fantastic trainer. He is super nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. He will push you to get the optimal workout every session. I've been training with James for almost a year and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body.
