What sets me apart from other personal trainers is that in addition to being a certified personal trainer, I am also a licensed massage therapist. I am passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals while staying pain free. My unique sessions incorporate manual therapy to keep tissue healthy, release tightness that affects posture and restricts mobility, all to improve your performance, reduce your recovery time, and make sure you feel great!
My fitness plans are holistic and individualized. I work with you to create a program tailored to your goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall improved fitness. When you come to me post injury or with existing pain in your shoulders, back, knees, or ankles, we will begin by resolving the acute pain through manual work and then add in corrective exercises to fix the muscular imbalances and incorrect posture that were the underlying cause of the pain. Once you can’t complain about the pain hindering you from your fitness goals, we whip into full gear, all while maintaining periodic manual work to improve your performance, reduce recovery time, and stay pain free!
In addition to our sessions, I can also create fitness plans for your workouts between sessions and nutrition and supplement programs to help you achieve your goals faster. Let’s get you JCG fit!
