This might sound corny but to be honest my favorite client story is any client I had that worked hard toward their goal and learned something new about themselves and their body.

That would be any core exercise!

My training philosophy
If you don't do it, there is always someone that will!
If you're tired, go to the gym and look at the weights then. It's better than not going at all!
Work hard, make sacrifices and keep the ego in check!

Kristoffer is a great trainer. When we originally met, I told him what I was looking to strengthen and focus on and he personalized my workout to just that and then some! He was patient with me when I didn't understand the exercise and he gave constructive criticism on how I could improve my technique. He's super easy to talk to and makes the training session go by quickly, which is great because the workout is super tough! I would definitely recommend him!
