About Justin

Justin Walker is a Karate black belt and MMA Champion who specializes in Kickboxing, Kettle bells, Pilates and Pre&Post natal as a NASM CES certified personal trainer. His personal training style consists of body weight training, resistance training, boxing, Kickboxing, and Kettle bell training. Starting as a youth instructor and assistant trainer at the martial way center of NYC he realized his passion for teaching and helping others. His enthusiasm, passion and inspiration to be a fitness coach stems from his near 20-year dedication to sports and various forms of martial arts including wrestling, boxing and Kung-Fu. His overall desire to grow and help others to grow in their fitness journey leads him to build dynamic, adaptable training programs for his clients.
