About KC

KC is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about health and fitness and helping others be the best version of themselves. Born and bred in the New York City area, KC earned a bachelors degree from Binghamton University and a masters degree from Columbia University. He was always an avid athlete growing up inspired by watching his father run the New York City marathon, and was once invited to pitch spring training for a newly created Israeli Baseball League. Growing up with two older sisters who often tossed him around, KC was determined to find the strength to remain upright should they push him again. Fortunately, the pushing subsided as they got older, but KC stayed dedicated to fitness. As a performer, KC has been seen at Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, on Broadway, and around the world. KC looks forward to the opportunity of helping you achieve your goals in a supportive and nurturing environment. No day like today.  With KC at your side, you WILL succeed.
