About Kylie

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I grew up swimming, playing water polo, and dancing competitively. My passion for the performing arts led me to pursue a B.A. in Dance Performance at Loyola Marymount University, where I began to cultivate my love for the gym and the daily sweat. While still in college, I earned my RYT 200 yoga instructor certification from CorePower Yoga in Los Angeles, and began my teaching career at a local yoga studio, working with adults and kids of all ages, abilities, and levels.

Shortly after graduation, I was sponsored by a Los Angeles megaformer studio to train at the Lagree Fitness headquarters in Burbank, CA. Taking the sponsorship as a push from the universe, I jumped in and furthered my fitness education by becoming a certified Lagree Fitness instructor, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist all within a few short years. I'm super passionate about getting people up and moving, and I love nothing more than seeing the shift in my clients’ confidence when they conquer a goal or a movement that once felt “impossible”.

I've been working with Kylie for one year, twice a week for 90 min --15 stretch / 60 weights-training/15 stretch - plus a 5 min 1/2 mile run to warm up. Concurrently, I've been counting macros - optimized to max muscle and lose fat. Well - guess what it has been working !! And this is especially big since I am 60 and was in decent shape to start. RESULTS: bodyfat down big and muscle mass up big. Flexibility improved dramatically I attribute my success to date to Kylie's leadership and training style No nonsense approach (although she does laugh every now and then ).
