I have a degree in Exercise Science and Strength & Conditioning. Certified by The American College of Sports Medicine. I have been training professionally for four years. I started my career with Equinox for three and a half years. I left Equinox Summer of 2018 to start my own Personal Training Business. I specialize in strength training, weight loss/toning, trigger point, kettle bells, knee & shoulder injuries/rehabilitation. I train with goal oriented programming. When a client begins training we do a full body assessment. Create a set of solid goals and then I build each client a detailed personalized program to follow for each of our sessions together and when working out on their own.
