About Paul

Paul Nicholas is a world renowned stability training expert and one of New York’s top Personal Trainers. He is the inventor of the Core Flyte® stability trainer and holds multiple patents for exercise equipment. Before becoming a fitness coach, Paul traveled the world as a professional rugby player and also fought in the NY Golden Gloves boxing tournament. In addition to being a world class trainer, Paul is a registered coach with USA Boxing and regularly incorporates the sweet science into his client’s workouts. Paul is a health and fitness professional who perform individualized assessments and designs safe, effective, and individualized exercise and conditioning programs that are scientifically valid and based on current exercise science.
