My favorite exercise

That's a tough one! I think it's a tie between kettlebell swings and pull-ups. Kettlebell swings require a lot of power, which feels so badass. Pull-ups are incredibly tough to earn - especially for women - so they are an amazing journey of strength. Both are an excellent reminder of our inner strength and power...both mental and physical.
