I have been a personal trainer for 6 years, though I have been training for and competing in numerous athletic endeavors for 15 years. From Strongman to ultra marathons to Brazilian jiu jitsu, I’ve had extensive experience in muscle building, endurance, weight loss, and mobility both in my own training as well as with my clients. My goal is to educate on what they are capable of and how to become the healthiest version of themselves.
