My fitness philosophy is that working out is for every BODY. My own weight loss and fitness journey taught me the joy of working out and feeling strong. I firmly believe we should be doing something every day to keep ourselves in the best shape possible. A balance of strength, flexibility, mobility is key. I also believe it is important for you to know the WHY behind what you are doing. I love to empower people with knowledge. I teach everything from dance based formats to bodyweight bootcamp. The environment I like to create is one of mindfulness and fun. I believe a workout should be a total body experience, mind, body and spirit whether it's a beautiful barre balance exercise or burpees! Being in touch with all of this will give you the best workout experience and give you a sense of empowerment beyond breaking a sweat.
