I enjoy building programs tailored to an individual’s needs. As I’m experienced in post-rehabilitation, I am pleased to see an individual (or a small group) move from pain to improved performance. I can certainly focus on one specific training system, I.e., Pilates, but I like to employ all of the modalities in my arsenal to benefit the person(s) in front of me. I love movement! Movement is life.

A client contacted me through a data base over 2 years ago, interested in Kettle bell and strength training. Shortly after beginning our work together, she discovered that she had degenerative disc disease. She was so pleased that I had many training options available to employ to create the best work out for her.
