Through years of unique training, I have developed different regimes for different people, depending on their short and long term goals, from weekend warriors to professional athletes, from yoga moms and dads to busy professionals, to lose weight, build muscle, increase flexibility and stamina, gain better health, and to stay injury free!
I am PASSIONATE about helping people reach their fitness goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, increased flexibility and ROM, better posture, etc, all the while avoiding injury. I like to use various types of training methods including free weights, body weight, Russian kettle bells, TRX, circuit training, BOSU ball, stability balls, resistance stretching (eccentric training), kick boxing, boxing, and martial arts!
