My name is Timothy Wymbs, I am a passionate and dedicated personal trainer with two years hands on experience. Physical fitness and nutritional wellness are my passions. I am also an armature bodybuilder who competes on a national level with the National Physique Committee. As a personal trainer I aim to connect with my clients on a deeper level to really understand what motivates and incentivizes them to help them reach their goals. Helping others as a personal trainer helps me become more connected with my own training as a competitive bodybuilder. Fitness starts with a client’s emotions and thoughts and as a personal trainer it is my job to understand what they are to help them become results. That is why it is important to be to build trusting relationships with the people I work with. Everybody’s fitness goals are unique to themselves like everybody’s body is unique. As a trainer I understand that every individual’s body does not respond in the same time frame or in the same aesthetic as someone else. Like most things in life, physical fitness and wellbeing is a continuous working cycle. There will be good days and bad days, the important thing is to respect the process.

Getting feed back from my clients is always the best story for me . I save the screen shots when I get them . I love what I do and couldn’t picture anything different so I take a lot of pride in all that I do.

My training philosophy
Respect your process , be teachable because you get what you put in by how hard your willing to work , be honest about errors because we can’t learn with our learning from out mistakes and I cant help you if your not honest , displined and accountable .
My training experience
Started training over 2 years ago I grew up in a competitive bodybuilding family so I’ve been training professionally for two years . I have train every population imaginable I currently instruct senior fitness classes on the side I enjoy the peop very much. I’m a two year veteran of the National physique commitee I compete in classic physique bodybuilding. I also have trained other to prep for shows such and mine . Plus I have done a lot with weight loss clients and sports specific trading and much much more such as HITT etc.
