About Tinamarie

HI! My name is Tinamarie Neudeck, and I’m here to empower you to take ownership of your health journey. This past year has been rife with conflict, stress, and anxiety. Our sense of normalcy has been shaken, and for the first time I, like many, found myself reflecting on my past, my present, and my future. Together, we can establish the routines necessary to combat life’s pressures and find strength in healthy living.

Even before the onset of this global pandemic, I had begun to realize that my twenty years in retail were no longer bringing me the fulfillment and purpose I had once known. While I cherished the opportunities to foster positive workplace environments and play my part in the growth of my staff, I knew I needed to find a new outlet in which to direct my focus. At the end of the day, my passion is working with people and supporting their growth, development and overall wellbeing, not climbing the corporate ladder. After years of working closely with my own trainers and health advisors, it suddenly became clear. My background in dance, gymnastics, coaching and general healthy lifestyle living were the perfect medium to take my love for helping others to the next level. It was time to find the empowerment in my own life that I so readily had provided for others. It was time to codify my career with my passions. It was time to commit myself fully to physical health leadership.

2021 is a new year, a new journey, and a new beginning for all of us. I for one charged into this volatile moment with persistence, dedication, and drive, working hard to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With this certification under my belt, I have begun 1-on-1 training with a varied group of clients, testing out my knowledge and my creativity in this new and exciting venture. My feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, thus energizing me to continue this thrilling journey with gusto. By working and stretching your body’s in new and creative ways, you can cultivate both mental and physical energy. Healthy living can be a joy and a source of comfort, instead of a burden or a chore. I want you to take back this moment and find power in your purpose, as I have done with my new career. Together, we’ll make your training the highlight of your week and remind you how wonderful it can feel to work up a sweat.

My training philosophy

People should train for themselves and their personal goals. I remind my clients that every goal is achievable and to set small goals during the process of reaching their ultimate goal. There is always a win to celebrate with them, which keeps them motivated, focused, and accountable.

My training experience

I personally have worked with a personal trainer for 8 years now. I have been training my own clients for a year. I have worked with a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, etc. I have worked remotely via Zoom/FaceTime, in a gym setting, as well as outdoors in the park.

She absolutely knows what she’s doing, especially if you have a problem area/physical constraint. I came to her with a bad back and injured knee - she was so intentional in the types of exercises she selected and was meticulous about correct form/posture to minimize any added injury or strain!
