About Roger

My workout routine does not employ any sophisticated gym equipment. It’s a blend of experience from my years as a personal trainer and paramilitary style exercises. I’m very well adapted to working with clients in just about any setting (home, gym, park, etc) as well as working with clients at all levels of fitness with a central structure based on the client’s assessed level of fitness. Once a baseline is drawn out, we work together to assemble a plan geared towards your fitness goal. I always like my workout to be EXTREMELY fun. I’m driven by great zeal to push my clients to bring out their best potential – to elicit the result they so much desire but perhaps haven’t been able to achieve.

I've been a training since 2012. I first started training clients strictly on weight & exercise machines. Over the years, I've gained a significant amount of knowledge & experience. I now employ several training techniques ranging from body weight exercises, calisthenics, resistance bands & of course weights & exercise machines. I train clients at all levels (teens to older population
