Certified as a personal trainer and sports performance specialist through American Council on Exercise (ACE), I specialize in training individuals for weight loss, muscle gain, functional and strength training, and sports performance in soccer and speed and agility. If you’re human, you’re welcome! People of all ages and all backgrounds have a place at Metanoia Fitness.
