I’m a sports and fitness specialist with a collegiate football background who also teaches yoga. My mission is to get young athletes to progress as far as they can by focusing on strength, speed, agility, flexibility, nutrition, and mentorship. I focus just as much on the mental side of training as I do the physical. I also design training plans for those who want to look like athletes. Just because your playing days are over, doesn’t mean you can’t train like an athlete.
