I am passionate about health and fitness, and I love helping those new to fitness begin their weight loss/health journey. I am a very positive person and will inspire and motivate you to not only become healthier, but live a happier life. I'm honest, understanding and laid back, but I'm organized enough to help you define your goals and deliver a clear and consistent plan of action that will bring the results you need. I keep it interesting, and have an arsenal of hundreds of fitness techniques to help you find what you love, and get fit doing it! I am about life training more than weight loss. I love running. I run every morning and being alone on the road with music in my ears clears my mind for the whole day. The mental health benefits outweigh the physical health benefits, which are many. I also love weight lifting.

I am currently the special group PT trainer for my unit in the Army Reserve. I help those that struggle with physical training set and reach fitness goals.
