About Diane

To Whom It May Concern: Throughout my life I have lived a healthy and active lifestyle and I have played and coached numerous sports. Additionally, I have always been interested in Health and Fitness information. Through my background in Physical Education and Coaching, which has left me with a wealth of experience, I have found that I love forming new relationships and helping people reach their potential of being the best they can be. For the 25 years I coached at Brown University; each day I led the gym conditioning and attended every strength-training workout the team participated in. Additionally, during my off time I have worked with people wanting to improve their fitness. I often have had friends and family ask me to create programs, to address various issues. By speaking with people, I found this was due to people finding me approachable as well as my fitness level and the energy that I showed every day. Now that I have left Brown University, I realized that I will really be able to help people. I hold a certification in Personal Training /Small Groups training through American Council on Exercise.
