I am moving to Providence, RI from Denver, CO and won't be available for training until late October.
Fitness has been a big part of my life. Both of my parents were very active, so I naturally was an active child. I grew up playing a lot of team sports. I didn't always like them and realized that I preferred individual sports like swimming, Tae Kwon Doe and weightlifting. As a very skinny individual, I got bullied a lot. I was very self conscious about my body. By the time I was 18 I was 6'2 and 150lbs. I wanted to stop feeling self conscious and change the way I viewed myself. I slowly started getting into the gym. By the time I was 21 I committed more of my time and energy to bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength training. Through hard work and determination, I was able to transform my body and mind. I gained 60lbs over the course of 6 years (18-24). Now as a 26 year old personal trainer, I have the knowledge and wisdom of how to reshape ones body. Whether you want to loose weight or gain weight, the mental battle is still the same. You are self conscious about your current body and would like to change it. I understand what it's like to feel uncomfortable in your own skin and want to help others achieve self-satisfaction through fitness. Whether your goals are to gain weight, loose weight, or increase performance, I have the tools and skills to help you achieve your goals.
