Until 3 years ago I was Software Development Engineer and Executive with a regular job in the office. I have attended a gym on and off but never was able to stick to it. It all changed 3 years ago when I found a personal trainer who encouraged me to change my approach to my health, fitness, and exercise.
Over the last 3 years, I have changed my life completely. I’m lifting weight at least 5 times per week, run and have a very active lifestyle.
I realized that there are a lot of people out there who try going to the gym only to drop out and repeat this cycle. I want to help you become active and enjoy all the activities you used to like.

Our sessions were exactly what I needed - Elana patiently explained what and why we are doing, at the same time persistently encouraging to do more and paying very close attention to developing right areas in the right order to avoid injuries. She is very attentive to incremental load increase while doing all the right stretches and warms ups, and does a nice job of encouraging when needed and pushing when needed. After my hip replacement a few years ago i was having troubles with sports, and now I can easily spend an hour doing Zumba and enjoy it immensely. I was very skeptical about personal training at the beginning, and now I am very happy about taking this step, planning t continue and all in all feel much healthier and way more active , thanks to Elana. 5 (out of 5) stars
