About Matthew

The workout I design for you will be fun and effective. I design every workout to meet your individual needs. I will help you build and maintain a well toned body. I pay attention to every detail and am dedicated to your success.

I have made a study of the body and how the different muscles function. I am able to maximize the effect of the exercise while minimizing the potential for injury. As a result my clients are able to avoid the plateau, burn-out and resulting frustration that many people get.


My favorite client story

I trained a client for a 5K cross-country run. When she started training with me she could barley run. Her form was awful, no speed, no endurance and she would run out of steam halfway through her run. When she participated in the event (which was a multi-national event) she finished 5th overall out of hundreds of competitors. She was a lean, mean running machine.

My favorite exercise

Dumbbell Bench Press - This is an ergonomically correct exercise that mimics the sexiest of all weight lifting exercises

the bench press. It produces a greater range of motion and puts less stress on the shoulder girdle. It is a safer way to develop powerful pecs.
