Growing up I loved pushing myself athletically. When it came time to choose a career, I decided to build upon my passion and learn about how to optimize human performance.
My education led to me becoming an ISSA certified personal trainer who has been training clients in the North Texas area for over a decade.
I believe that a good balance of strength training, cardiovascular activity and nutrition are the building blocks of a healthy life — and I'm passionate about showing you how to use them to build your best life.
