I believe in progress, not perfection. I want to encourage my clients to build a healthy life, not just a number on a scale. I've mostly worked with women, usually somewhere between 30-80 (yes, 80!). I'm working towards a massage therapy license and a corrective exercise specialization so I can better serve the many, many clients who injuries/imbalances/prior surgeries that require special considerations.
My favorite client story
Honestly, the first time I got a client who had never ever exercised before into a squat rack with a real barbell. It was an awesome accomplishment for her and I am so proud I helped her get there!

Running! But I know it's not for everybody.
