I'm an ACE-certified personal trainer with a decade of experience passionnate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and feel good about themselves. I love working with women who are new to fitness as well as veterans looking to change up their workouts. I also love helping runners cross train, improve their race times, and perfect their form. Female clients only, please.
My training philosophy
The best exercise routine is the one that works for you and that you'll be able to stick to, and that will look different for everyone. I work with all of my clients to tailor their programs to their needs and preferences.

I've trained in gyms, online, and in-home. I've worked with clients at all stages of their fitness journeys, be they brand new beginners or long-time enthusiasts looking for something new.
