About Jim

After years in the residential remodeling business, I decided to shift my focus to my true passion-health and fitness. An avid runner and triathlete, I have competed in 70+ races around the world including all 6 world marathon majors, Empire State Building Run-Up, and multiple Ironman events.

I believe that commiting to one's health and fitness is an ABSOLUTE necessity to how one lives day to day. One just has to take that first step or first push-up, squat etc... I wants to challenge, energize and motivate the client to meet their goals.

It's not about "having time" it's about making ones health and fitness a priority!
