About Jordana
Yoga balances my emotions and strengthens my body. I can help you find balance, peace and new strength. My style is a hands-on positioning practice. Using vinyasa flow movements, I will engage my clients to increase flexibility, core power and holding postures. I trained in South Korea and now teach in the DMV area. My goal is to bring the healing energy of yoga to you.
