About Audra
From about my late teens I have been into fitness. My reason was to lose weight. I was overweight as an adolescent. I began with aerobics back in the 80’s and haven’t stopped working out since. I was officially certified as a trainer in 2021 and have been continuing my fitness and nutrition training with certifications in Nutrition, exercise therapy and recently yoga as a RYT with Yoga Alliance. My clients are mostly women looking to lose weight and gain strength. I love to educate my clients as we work out together. Explaining the muscle groups we work on, how strengthening these muscles help in everyday activities, and encouraging them throughout the process Workouts are always different, never the same repetitive exercises.
