Although I started training clients in 2021, I am no stranger to training. I started personally training in 1992 and cannot stop. The benefits are amazing! I am 58 years old and in really good health. Old habits are hard to break and my old habit happens to be one that is good for me. My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the barbell squat.

My training philosophy

Train to live a healthy and fit life. Don't train to lose weight. That will happen if you are consistent and eat healthy.

My training experience

I started lifting weights at the age of 24. I use free weights because this utilizes different stability muscles along with the target muscle. Exercising is a habit for me in an addicting kind of way. My body seems to know when I take a break for more than two days. I have to get back in the gym after two days rest.
