About Jeremy

Hi, my name is Jett and my mission is to help you reach your fitness goals through tailored, one-on-one training sessions, whether it's at home, in a park, or wherever you're most comfortable. I believe fitness is a holistic journey, blending physical strength with mental well-being, and I'm here to make every session effective, enjoyable, and transformative, for EVERYONE, with no judgement ever.

I am from Paris, France, where I got a Masters Degrees in Fine Arts while playing Rugby with the Sporting Club Universitaire de France aka SCUF. In 2011, I moved to Los Angeles, where I continued both my arts and competitive sports endeavors. After retiring from active competition and fitness coaching with Rebellion Rugby (LA’s only inclusive club) in May 2024, my focus shifted to teaching and guiding others through their fitness goals. With years of experience in competitive sports, I understand what it takes to stay active, build strength, and improve performance at any level.

I also have experience working with women experiencing pelvic floor issues, and training them to find core support and stabilization, aiming at activating the right muscle to release tension.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), with CPR/AED certification, and I’m currently pursuing specializations in Performance Enhancement and Corrective Exercise. Whether you're someone looking to regain balance in a busy life, a weekend warrior, a young athlete aiming for the next level of High School or College sports, or an artist with specific occupational strains on their body, my goal is to provide the guidance and motivation you need to succeed. Let’s achieve your fitness goals together, one step at a time.

My favorite client story

I've been training Heather M. for about a year now, she had build distrust toward trainers as she would regularly get injured going to group classes at gyms. She had pelvic floor issues and is double jointed. By building a strong foundation of core support, balance, and stabilization first, we were able to get her to build strength and tone up without any injury, and now she has a strong base that also helps her in her daily life, and she loves training, we're doing 4 sessions a week, 3 at her home and one in a park for more intense fitness. I lvoe working with clients who become dedicated through seeing results that matter to them.

My favorite exercise

Plyo fitness and SAQ drills. Outdoor stuff.

My favorite quote

"Motion is lotion", I actually hate the sound of that quote, but it's so right I got to love it as well haha.

My training philosophy

Let's go one step at a time, that step can even be a step back if we need to be sure we're doing it right and safely.

My training experience

I've trained myself for Rugby for years, then as I was becoming a senior player, I started training my younger and rookie teammates, and finally, after retiring, I started training my partners and my friends, which led me to certify to make it a business and help as many people as I could in their fitness journey.
