"In my early years, I enthusiastically engaged in various sports and later attended a military school, where I honed my physical abilities through marine-style training and boxing. However, a life-altering accident left me paralyzed, prompting me to embark on a remarkable journey of self-recovery. Through sheer determination and perseverance, I defied the odds and regained my ability to walk within a year. I then ventured into the world of runway modeling, strutting confidently for renowned brands like Balmain and Lacoste. Today, I stand stronger than ever, having excelled in powerlifting and long-distance running, even with the challenges of asthma and the absence of half a lung. I understand injuries, and recovery and know how to gently help you acquire your goals. I am here to guide and inspire you, showing you that regardless of your circumstances, you too can become the best version of yourself.

One of my female clients is 60 and after a year of training I helped her get her first pull ups and a 225 pound squat!! I was so proud of her for sticking with it.

My training experience
Throughout my journey, I have immersed myself in a diverse range of sports, including soccer, basketball, football, boxing, and MMA. Additionally, my time at a military school provided me with invaluable insights into the rigorous fitness routines followed by marines. Building upon this extensive experience, I pursued certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, equipping me with the knowledge and expertise to become a skilled trainer. I specialize in both group fitness sessions and one-on-one training, with a strong preference for the latter as it allows me to deliver the best possible results for my clients.
