About Shayne
At a young age I played many sports and ended up in a military school where I learned marine style physical training and boxing but after an accident left me paralyzed I had to retrain myself to walk and within a year I was a runway model walking for brands like Balmain and Lacoste. Today I’m stronger than ever having gone far in powerlifting and long distance running (even with asthma and half a lung missing). I want to teach you how you can also become your best self regardless of the circumstances.
My favorite client story
One of my female clients is 60 and after a year of training I helped her get her first pull ups and a 225 pound squat!! I was so proud of her for sticking with it.

My training experience
I’ve played soccer, basketball, football, boxing, and mma as well as having went to military school learning how marines get in shape. I got certified by the national academy of sports medicine to be a trainer and do group fitness as well as one on one (my preference for best results)
