Macey has a sweet personality and is a great personal trainer! She keeps the session moving and I definitely feel like I’ve had a challenging workout when we’re finished. If you’re looking for results, I would highly recommend hiring her as your personal trainer!
Alright, guys - we all know how it feels to walk into the weight room at the gym and feel like an ant that's going to get crushed by all those big, (sometimes) creepy muscle dudes pumping iron/hitting on you. It's NOT fun. I usually end up just skipping the weight room all together and hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes. When we do that, we're missing strengthening super important muscle groups and aren't actually in shape (no matter how much you want to pat yourself on the back for actually going to the gym). Here's the best solution ever... MACEY BARNES. Guys, I work out with Macey 3 days a week and it's the BEST HOUR OF MY DAY each time. I don't pay ridiculous gym fees, I get to work out in my own living room or a pretty park of my choosing, and do exercises specifically tailored to my previous injuries, personal health goals, and physical needs. I'm not your typical "strong girl" (think classic 5'4" skinny white girl with the weakest arms you've ever seen), but I've had random coworkers and friends comment on my new arm and leg definition which I LOVE. Macey and I spend my workouts laughing, kicking major butt, and doing all the exercises together. She doesn't just stand over me and watch me suffer... she's down on the ground right next to me. If you're looking for a personal trainer, STOP LOOKING and book Macey! You won't regret it!
