Expect fun and challenging workouts, muscle toning, some high intensity, but nothing the same! Every workout is different, and we will work all muscles in a variety of ways. So expect changes in your body and your weight!
As a trainer who specializes in muscle movement, I will assess your range of motion and muscle strengths/weaknesses. Your workouts will be based on strengthening any weaknesses and incorporating overall fitness. Plus you will get an atmosphere that is fun yet challenging.
My favorite client story
Hard to choose, I have a couple of ladies that do an evening small group and they are working together outside of their workouts with me to prepare for a half marathon. To see them be excited about getting to milestones and what they are doing to continue even on vacations and various travel.

My training experience
I have been training small groups and individuals for 3 years. I have been researching and working out for 9. I have been trained in MAT-JS (Muscle Activation Techniques), MYK (Myokinesthetic-certification in November 2013), RTS (Resistance Training Specialist) all working with muscle weakness, ROM and addressing them. I am also working on my fitness nutrition and weight loss specialist certifications.
