My favorite client story

One of my favorite client stories was I was working with a client who needed to loose over a 100 pounds. We trained over a years period and they lost 100... it's not only amazing to see their self esteem increase, their attitude body and health. One of the most rewarding stories of mine. Now that gets me motivated!

My training experience

I have worked in corporate gyms as well as private training facilities. I have been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for over 20 years and love what I do, whether its just motivation, weight loss, body sculpting or increasing your endurance. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients reach whatever goals they have set and give them that extra push that they may not be able to do on their own.
