<p><span style="color: #000000;">As a child and into my teens I was often compared to my older sister who&nbsp;grew to be&nbsp;5'8.5". I'm still 5'4". So I had a little more warmth on my bones. Then I started having health problems. After many tests, pills, and procedures, I was only getting worse. I was desperate. My dad and I decided we would try anything for a last resort. I lived at home at the time as I was graduating college with a degree in psychology. He started cooking healthy meals for me and within a month I had more energy and in two months my tests came back clean. I was free of all the health issues I had been battling. Since I had my energy I decided to get back to my roots. I used to run track, hurdles, long rump, high rump, and be a varsity cheerleading captain. I got back on&nbsp;the track and into the gym. After graduating I attended acting school at William Esper Studio. One day while I was studying I got the call that would forever change my life. My dad had a heart attack and didn't survive. He was found in the bathroom of his office by his best friend/employee. It was 5pm and I couldn't get a taxi to New Jersey at the time. So my acting teacher and I hitched a ride, which I don't recommend. We were desperate and the flower delivery service was there and willing. Seeing my dad, I lost it. I had a downward spiral and almost quit acting because nothing seemed to matter. Finally I started reading health and self help books. I read motivational books and anything that had great reviews on how to become a better person. I also made a promise to myself. I will do everything I can to help people live a healthy life so they never have to go through what my father went through and our family. After graduating from William Esper studio I was auditioning, shooting, and studying again. This time it was to become a personal trainer. I became certified in NASM. Then I started working at only&nbsp;the top gyms in NYC as a personal trainer. I chose to work with&nbsp;the&nbsp;best&nbsp;gyms in each neighborhood in NYC to make it convenient for you.&nbsp; I am dedicated to transforming your life just like my dad did for me and I wish he let us do for him. It's a great time to be into fitness and exercise because there are so many great resources and knowledge out there today. But in the end there aren't really any secrets to being fit. It takes hard work, clean eating, and proper rest and recuperation. I believe in exercise programs that emphasize objective goals as opposed to subjective ones. Being able to do 50 pull ups in 15 minutes is an objective goal. Looking better is a subjective one. If you get to the point that you can do 50 pull ups in 20 minutes when you could only do 10 pull ups total a year ago, I guarantee you, you'll look better and feel great because you've accomplished an objective goal. I also believe in highly functional training with some body building and shaping movements thrown in. I come equipped with a battle rope, kettlebells, Stroops bands, medicine balls, boxing gloves and pads, myofascia release tools, and dumbbells. I'm certified in prenatal/postpartum, stretch, kickboxing, stretch &amp; flexibility, geriatric, and special populations. I have references, and insurance. I have 3 clients in their 70's and one who is 84. I also train my daughter who plays soccer and is 11. His body was broken and had many aches, soft tissue injuries and physical pain. He was also diagnosed with scoliosis from the accident. For almost three years of going to physical and massage therapy, a chiropractor and taking pharmaceutical prescriptions, he realized none of the treatments were working. He took it upon himself to rebuild his own mind, body and spirit to get stronger. Only he was able to do it. He started to feel himself from the inside out, feeling and refining each movement and transforming into a robot using automatic muscle memory. His life became automatic and at this time he knew he wanted to share the message and help others transform.<br> <br>John’s first transformation was his stubborn brother. His brother did not have the motivation or the drive but slowly found it. He lost 125 pounds and knew he couldn’t do it without John. He knew he had to make the change inside and out and did! John taught him quality form and balance by practicing repetition and changing his body by creating muscle memory. This was the creation of iROBOTFIT.
