I became a personal trainer and coach because I believe everyone has the potential to reach their goals, and sometimes we just need an extra push or individualized guidance in order to get there. I have a passion for helping my clients become their best selves one day and one step at a time.
I focus on a holistic approach to training, where everything from lifestyle, eating habits, work schedule, family life, mental and emotional health, behaviors, and overall life experiences all matter. Transformation starts from the inside out. I work closely to understand each client's unique set of imbalances, weaknesses, areas of opportunity, and use that as a tool to guide our training sessions. Mobility and movement are a large part of the focus in our sessions because I want each client to be stronger during the workouts, but also in their every day lives.
My favorite exercise
The deadlift, because it is a full-body move and also great for building the booty! Not an easy move to master, so I work very closely with each client to make sure we get the mechanics down correctly.

My training philosophy
I coach people from the inside out, one day, one rep, one step at a time. I believe in functional-style training, where we hit all planes and ranges of motion in order to improve our every day lives inside and outside of the gym. I believe in constant growth, progress, change, and development. I am the guide, we are a team, and together, we will take the steps necessary to achieve goals.

Have you ever met a trainer who completely believes in you and supports you in your journey to living a healthy life? That’s Julianna. She’s always very energetic and enthusiastic in your progress. She doesn't just stick with one thing, she will have you doing cardio, weights, trx, hiit everything. Which really helps anyone who is new to the gym not be afraid of the gym.
I worked with Julianna for about 9 months and I couldn't be more thankful. I began working with her when I had no real previous knowledge about fitness and nutrition. Julianna was very attentive and understanding when it came to what level I was at physically. I felt myself improving with each session and julianna always tailored workouts to challenge me and push me towards progress. Her energy and confidence in her clients is unmatched and definitely motivating! Before training, I was intimidated by the idea of working out and eating well. Now, I feel far more confident of where I am physically and continue to strive to maintain healthy habits. Overall, am very thankful for my experience with Julianna and everything she taught me that led me where I am at today !
I worked with Julianna for 9 months. I hadn't worked with a trainer before and I was extremely out of shape. I also had a previous injury to my shoulder that limited my motion and ability to do some exercises. Julianna was motivating and full of energy. She was patient with me as I learned new things and very encouraging. She pushed me beyond my expectations and made me believe I could do more. And I did!! She gave me stretches and exercises to improve my shoulder flexibility and strength. My shoulder is the best it has been since my injury. Julianna was always changing up the workouts to focus on areas needed. I learned I love weight lifting and feel wonderful after. I can do more push ups and squats than I ever have before. If you want to make changes in your life but are nervous about your fitness level and getting started, Julianna is the one to call. She will develop a fitness and eating plan that will work for you. I was sad she moved.
There are so many great reasons to train with Jules. 1.She cares genuinely about her clients. 2. She is very supportive 3. She is tough and will challenge you (can you say “finisher”!) 4. You will meet your goals if you put in the work in and out of the gym and communicate honestly about what’s going on. The only reason why Jules and I aren’t training anymore is because we both moved to different cities. I have worked with 5 trainers; my body has gone through many ups and downs and changes. Jules never made me feel bad for getting off track. She is so encouraging and supportive which I need in a trainer but most important she is knowledgeable and workouts are tough (but fun)!
I have some very aggressive fitness goals and Julianna jumped right in without hesitation. She created a plan that works for my needs and keeps me motivated. She changes up the exercises so I don’t get bored and continues to up the challenge each week. I feel more comfortable with her than I have any other trainer. Her positivity is infectious! The basic things that end up being very important to me as a client: - Jules doesn’t pick up her phone the entire session. Her focus is on me without distraction. - She is always on time and brings equipment with her to make sure I get the best workout possible. - She focuses on doing the moves right vs. fast and makes sure I have proper form. - She listens and asks questions about how my body is feeling. - She helps me stay on track with eating and recommended a meal delivery service that I love!
I trained with Jules for over a year and could definitely see the difference in the way I approach fitness. I started off with not great form and an imbalance of strength on my left side but within months noticed the shift between my form and the increase of not just my imbalanced power but overall strength. I began to pick up weights heavier than I thought I could and began to feel more awareness of my body. I am now doing exercises I wouldn't have imagined myself doing utilizing a base of strength, that I truly mean, came from working with Jules.
